Dr Farnsworth also operates at Prince of Wales
Private Hospital, Randwick, Westmead Private Hospital, and at hospitals on the
New South Wales North Coast. Each year Dr Farnsworth conducts
special clinics and operates at Hesperia Hospital, Modena in Northern Italy.

Sydney Adventist Hospital
The Centre for Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery is located at Suite 505
SanClinic in the Grounds of Sydney Adventist Hospital.

Access is by car or
public transport.
By Car
Fox Valley Road is a major intersection of the Pacific Hwy. Turn left after
passing through Turramurra if travelling north and drive along Fox valley Rd
until you reach the hospital entrance on the right side. If travelling south on
the Pacific Highway from Hornsby turn right into Fox Valley Rd after passing
through Wahroonga. The hospital can also be accessed from the Commenara Parkway
from Pennant Hills Rd at Thornleigh or Ryde Road via Yanko Rd at West Pymble.
By PublicTransport
Catch a train to Thornleigh or Turramurra station. Buses run regularly from
these stations to the hospital.
SAN Clinic
The SAN Clinic is a new glass building immediately in front of you when you
enter the hospital entrance. You can park within the building and catch the lift
up to Level 5 where you will find us at Suite 505. Bring your parking ticket to
the clinic and ask for it to be validated so that you can obtain discounted
parking fees.
There is a coffee shop and cafe located on Level 3 in the clinic itself and
all medical services are located within walking distance. San Ultrasound for
Women is located on Level 3 as is Pathology, Radiology and Nuclear
Medicine.
Prince of Wales Private Hospital, Randwick
Dr Farnsworth consults in Suite 15, Level 7, Prince of Wales Private
Hospital, Barker Street, Randwick on Wednesdays. The rooms are located on the
seventh floor and access is by the Private Hospital Lifts located in the
corridor between the Royal Hospital for Women and the Prince of Wales Public
Hospital. You can park within the building on Parking level B4 and catch the
direct Private Hospital lift
up to Level 7 where you will find us at Suite 15 in the rooms of Dr John
Grey.
WARNING Parking is expensive at this hospital. There is a coffee shop and cafe located on Level
7 adjacent to the lift.
Mosman
Dr Farnsworth consults at Beach Lane Specialist Centre next door to the
Mosman Medical Centre at 344 Military Road, Mosman.
Beach Lane Specialist Centre is located next door to the Mosman Medical
Centre.
Westmead
Dr Farnsworth consults at Westmead Private Hospital on Friday mornings in
Suite 9, Private Hospital Consulting Suites where he works from the Clinic that
belongs
to Professor Daniel Cass. Parking is available in the hospital grounds but tends
to fill up very early in the day.
Main Entrance: Westmead Private Hospital. Turn left after entering the main
entrance to reach Dr Farnsworth's office in Suite 9.
Atrium at Westmead Private Hospital. A coffee shop is located within the
atrium.
Taree
Dr Farnsworth makes regular visits to Taree where he consults from the
Private Hospital in Kularoo Drive. Turn off the Wingham Road into Kularoo Drive.
Instead of turning right at the roundabout go straight ahead and then turn right
into the alternative entrance to the hospital which leads down to the Mayo
Private Specialist Centre where Dr Farnsworth works from the rooms of Dr Birgit
Strong. Consultations are held on Tuesday mornings.
Mayo Specialist Centre is located within the hospital at Taree. Dr Farnsworth
operates at the Mayo every 2-3 months.

Forster
Forster Specialist Centre is located at 20 South Street, Forster diagonally
opposite Cape Hawke Community Private Hospital. Consultations are held on Monday
afternoons.
