Referrals

Please remember to bring a current referral with you. Remember referrals from specialists are current for only 3 months.

Friday 10am - 4pm

Please contact our staff during these hours for all enquiries and appointments. This number services all our offices and occasionally the phone will be engaged.

please try to remember to bring your referral, as well as any test results with you. Ask your doctor to give you copies of any relevant tests that you have had in the previous few months.
