• 3 month or longer caretaker needed for oceanfront beach house
  Looking for long term /permanent caretaker / housesitter for 3 months or longer - the longer the better.
  WIFI throughout house and cottage is DSL speed.
  You must help pay for the following: gasoline for the generator, drinking water, wireless internet access, propane. Email for cost and website. There are 2 small female mexican shorthair outdoor dogs to take care of and you are welcome to bring your own pets if you like.
  There is no maid service so you have to keep your area clean yourself. Downstairs has separate entrance from upstairs as it is built like a 2 story duplex or can be used as a one family house. It is located by itself 3 miles from a small fishing village, secluded, private but 20 minute drive from nearest very small stores. No other houses around for 3 miles so very isolated.
