  - We've completed assignments in France, Australia, Ireland, England, Switzerland, America, Scotland and Canada. - Our separate online portfolio of assignments plus veterinarian references reflect our ability to occupy/care for prized properties, projects, hospitality retreats with the utmost respect and concern for absentee owners.
  - We're nearing completion of a repeat assignment, caring for an 18th century Irish property, a twin manor property set on several acres. - This has been an annual 7-month long assignment since 2004. The owners relocate to their other homes in Africa and elsewhere, for lengthy periods. Additional photos can be seen at our separate online portfolio.
  - Prior to Ireland we cared for a prime Swiss property with two resident cats, and one car to exercise, for two months duration. A magnificently converted mill, in the foothills of the Alps, while the owners headed for Thailand and North America.
  - Before Ireland, was a two-month assignment caring for a Scottish Highlands estate manor on many thousands of acres - the property where Golden Retrievers were first bred, back in the mid-19th century by Lord Tweedmouth. Now a 4-star holiday retreat. We're kept on our toes here assisting the more permanent estate staff in meeting the needs of guests and the estate. This was for repeat clients, avid sailors who cruise the Adriatic Sea and Australian coastline regularly. The attached photo is just one section of the historic estate.
  - Before Scotland, we occupied a tranquil country residence in the Peak District of England for repeat request clients, a retired couple who frequent mainland Europe and Australia. Their property is a garden lover's delight!
  - Prior to England, was a 12-month prime townhouse and German Shepherd-care assignment for a repeat client in high-altitude Colorado, USA. The owner loves to travel, Europe is perhaps her favourite. Heavy snowfalls are entertaining challenge at this high-altitude property.
  - Prior to that, was a separate Colorado, USA, 3-month assignment for Australians heading to visit family down under. They've since moved back home, down the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia. We caught up with them at their bayside home in 2008 while we were engaged in a 4-month long inner Melbourne Australia property renovation project for a repeat client.
  - Before Colorado, was a Queensland Australia pole-house with beach-view deck. A state of the art bush property on the Sunshine Coast, accessed only by 4 wheel drive. See attached photo.
  - Earlier still, a lengthy Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia property management and Rottweiler-care.
  - Earlier again, a classic Vaucluse, Sydney Harbour, Australia property with uninterrupted harbour bridge views. This assignment required overseeing a major landscape revamp, plus exercising a Jaguar car.
  - The list goes on, but we'd bore you to tears. Assignment photos can be seen at our separate online portfolio. In short, all of these properties and projects required security and accountability for owners on distant shores. Each owner has asked us back for additional property management stints.
  - We relocate to new properties with practiced ease. We both have unblemished driving licenses, if it comes to driving homeowner's vehicles. Currently, a Jaguar and a Hyundai to exercise at this Irish assignment. And yes, we're home-owners too.
  - We're familiar with much of Europe, Australia, and North America, having lived on all three continents for several years. We don't have children or pets if this is of concern to you.
  - We're both NON-SMOKERS and enjoy regular outdoor activities including running, mountain-biking, bush-walking and tennis. Basically staying healthy is our aim while completing assignments, engaging in work projects and stand-in positions. Yes, we've learnt to wear many hats while holding fort, so to speak. Our sailing skills got a good brush off while based by Port Philip Bay in Melbourne Australia in 2008. Our snow-boarding & horse riding skills, have received less practice of late.
  - We relish cooking from the veggie patch, local market produce too and learning regional nuances - one of the rewards of experiencing new environments. We're computer literate, skilled at admin duties and retain a cheerful telephone manner.
  - We're city-security conscious and rural environment friendly. We're energy conscious and maintain a tidy house - it's easy to detect if anything's amiss then.
